Best new restaurant Paris 2011

It’s not just the New York Times that can be trusted for good food … so can we !

Chatomat is the best new comer in 2011 for Paris. It’s tiny, small, hidden away, however the food is everything but timid. Food is touching Michelin-star quality and so is the service. We were so impressed by the quality and creativity of the food that when the bill came, we thought they had made a mistake, it’s very good value for money aswell!

Some more trusted reviews:

•    Aaron Ayscough (2011) “…a pokey loser wine list…No identifably natural producers. No especially acclaimed producers, even.”
•    Alexander Lobrano (2011) “…for a newborn, Chatomat is good, and as the cooks in the kitchen come up to speed and find the confidence to dare more authoritative and inventive seasoning, it’ll surely become even better.”
