Bavarois or mousse?

I don’t know why,  but ever since I’ve been a kid, I’ve always loved
strawberry bavarois. I think in those days I especially liked the pinky
color of it. Bavarois is a French desert made with cream, pureed fruit
and gelatine and apparently it is a very popular dessert in Japan !

So yesterday I made small portions. I ran out of gelatine which is fundamental
for this recipe so I ended up with a strawberry mousse but it
was still ok. Generally bavarois is very easy to prepare and to have a
really good result, you should leave it in the refrigerator overnight
and eat it the next day.
