Goats cheese à la ‘Burkina’

In the southern part of Burkina Faso the dry dusty landscape of the Sahel gives way to more humid,
lush climate with water and vegetation in some places equal to equatorial rainforest.
The river Comoe lends it name to a popular brand of yoghurt – both cows milk or goats milk – and a production of goats cheeses a la francaise.
