Specializes in ‘Sous vide’ Cooking. Slow cooking for several hours at 65°C to ensure optimal quality and flavour.

The quality of the ingredients really shine because nothing is added during preparation.

Excellent wines. A selected list offers your a free bottle for every bottle drunk (!)

We had an excellent Perdeberg (South Africa) Viognier, 2008.
